Hi, I’m James Urbanowsky… the ONLY rider from Atlantic Canada.

2022 marks my 11th Tour des Trees and it should be another awesome experience.  Each tour has riders travelling “Somewhere in North America”, to see new country, plant trees, and meeting new friends.  As the unofficial TEAM photographer, I draw pleasure in recording “off the beaten path” photos of the TEAM in ACTION.  However, having FUN is only part of the program.  Raising awareness of the benefits of trees and the importance of tree research motivates everything we do.  As a utility arborist and past President of ISA Atlantic, I understand the need for tree research, to help ALL of society take better care of trees.
